Lafayette makes its first trip to West Long Branch, N.J. after defeating Monmouth 69-54 last season in Easton, Pa.

The Leopards dropped to 1-5 after a 72-53 loss to Princeton on Saturday afternoon

The all-time winningest coach in Lafayette and Patriot League history and longest-tenured coach in the conference, Fran O’Hanlon (Villanova, ’70) is in his 18th season as the Leopards’ head coach. O’Hanlon coached his 500th career game against St. Francis (N.Y.) to open the season

Lafayette was picked to finish fourth in the Patriot League’s Preseason Poll behind Lehigh, Bucknell and American. Holy Cross was also chosen to finish fourth, while Army, Colgate and Navy rounded out the list
