Final Regular Season Game Will Be Shown on CBS College Sports

EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette vs. American men’s basketball game on Saturday, Feb. 27 will be televised live on CBS College Sports Network. The game will be carried through the Patriot League’s television package as the second “flex” game on the schedule. Bob Socci and John Feinstein will call the action. CBS College Sports, which televised Lafayette’s 90-75 win over Lehigh on Sunday, is available through cable systems (RCN 421) and via satellite on DIRECTV 613 and Dish Network 152. Lafayette (16-11, 7-5) plays Army on Wednesday at 7 p.m. and American (8-19, 5-7) travels to Navy before the Leopards and Eagles meet to close out the regular season. The Leopards need to win one of their final two games to clinch a home game in the first round of the Patriot League Tournament. American won the first matchup on Jan. 30, beating Lafayette 76-66. The Leopards have not won at American since the 2003-04 season. In addition to Saturday’s telecast, two Patriot League Men’s Basketball Tournament games will be shown on CBS College Sports Network, with a quarterfinal contest on March 3 at 7 p.m. and a semifinal game aired March 7 at 8 p.m.
