Opening Tip:

Lafayette continues its Patriot League schedule by hosting Holy Cross at 7 p.m. The Leopards are looking to end a two-game losing skid.

The Leopards dropped to 8-12 overall and 1-2 in Patriot League play with a 66-51 setback at Bucknell. Seth Hinrichs led the way offensively, scoring 12 points.

After beating Navy, Lafayette improved to 7-2 at home. The Leopards have won six straight home games for the first time since the 2009-10 season.

Tony Johnson distributed seven assists against Bucknell and moved into eighth place on the all-time list (309 career). He passed Tim Bieg ’01, Brian Ehlers ’00 and Brian Burke ’02.

Lafayette set a new season low with six turnovers in the loss to Army.

Johnson moved past Ted Detmer ’08 and into 10th in the Lafayette record book with 137 career steals after securing three against Bucknell. He leads the Patriot League with 42 thefts this season.

Senior forward Levi Giese is tied for fourth in Lafayette history with 82 career blocked shots. Giese had three swats against Bucknell to tie him with Ted Cole ’99.

Seth Hinrichs (14.1 ppg) leads the team in scoring, has five 20-point games this season.

With the win over Navy, Lafayette moved to 7-2 on the season when leading at halftime.

Under Fran O’Hanlon, the Leopards are 113-115 in conference regular-season play and 19-20 against Holy Cross.
