Lafayette hosts Bucknell in a rematch of last season’s Patriot League championship game. The Leopards are in search of their first Patriot League victory and look to snap a four-game losing streak.
Dan Trist has scored in double figures in eight games this season. Trist is third on the team with 12.3 points and leads the squad with 6.1 rebounds per night. He narrowly missed his second-career double-double with 14 points and nine boards against the Mids.
Sophomore Ben Freeland matched his season-high by playing 16 minutes and grabbed a career-high seven rebounds in the loss at Navy.
Lafayette dropped to 0-5 on the year when scoring less than 72 points after its 79-71 defeat at Navy.
Rookie PG Nick Lindner has scored at least 10 points in five games this season. Lafayette is 4-1 when Lindner reaches double digits.
Lafayette’s 74.0 points per game scoring average ranks third in the Patriot League behind Colgate (74.2 ppg) and Army (75.4 ppg).
The Leopards are last in the Patriot League in points allowed per game (77.6), field goal percentage defense (46.1%) and three-point field goal percentage defense (40.7%).
Lafayette is 3-2 on the season when winning the rebounding battle. Overall, the Leopards are averaging -2.8 rebounds compared to their opponents.
