Lafayette takes on Navy in its first road Patriot League contest. The Leopards have taken the last four meetings between the two sides.
Freshman Michael Hoffman has started four straight games for Lafayette at forward. Hoffman blocked three shots against Army and is averaging seven points per night over the last five contests.
Lafayette dropped to 0-4 on the year when giving up more than 85 points following its 85-66 loss to Army.
Dan Trist has scored in double figures in seven games this season. Trist is third on the team with 12.1 points and leads the squad with 5.8 rebounds per night.
Rookie PG Nick Lindner has scored at least 10 points in five games this season. Lafayette is 4-1 when Lindner reaches double digits.
Lafayette is shooting 178-of-238 (74.8 percent) at the free throw line, which is second in the Patriot League.
Bryce Scott leads the conference in free throw shooting at 92.7 percent (38-41) and is ninth in the nation.
Lafayette’s 74.2 points per game scoring average ranks second in the Patriot League behind Colgate (75.7 ppg).
The Leopards are last in the Patriot League in points allowed per game (77.5), field goal percentage defense (45.7%) and three-point field goal percentage defense (38.6%).
Lafayette is 3-2 on the season when winning the rebounding battle. Overall, the Leopards are averaging -3.0 rebounds compared to their opponents.
