MBB Tabbed Second in Blue Ribbon Preseason Ranks

The Lafayette men's basketball team was selected to finish second behind Holy Cross in the Preseason Patriot League basketball rankings produced by Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook. Senior Seth Hinrichs was also chosen as the Preseason Player of the Year and member of the Preseason All-League team.

CBS Sports Network to Televise 17 League Contests

The Patriot League announced its CBS Sports Network basketball television schedule for the 2014-15 season on Thursday, with 17 contests to be broadcast including both the Men and Women's Championship games.

Hinrichs Named Solo Captain for Men's Basketball

Lafayette men's basketball head coach Fran O'Hanlon has announced senior Seth Hinrichs as the lone captain for the 2014-15 season. Hinrichs earned Third Team All-Patriot League honors a year ago and reprises his captainship after teaming up with Jack Detmer '14 to lead the team last season.

Levi Giese '13 and Tony Johnson '13, formerly of the Lafayette men's basketball program have signed new international contracts to play in Uruguay and Mexico, respectively.

Head men's basketball coach Fran O'Hanlon announced the 2014-15 slate on Wednesday as Lafayette looks to compete for a Patriot League championship this winter.
