Men's Basketball Advances Past Loyola

Seth Hinrichs scored 22 points and Joey Ptasinski hit five three-pointers to lead Lafayette past Loyola 84-71 in the first round of the Patriot League Tournament on Monday night at Reitz Arena. With the victory, Lafayette moves on to play No. 1 Boston University on Wednesday night at Agganis Arena.

Hinrichs and Lindner Collect All-League Awards

Junior guard Seth Hinrichs and freshman point guard Nick Lindner have been chosen to the All-Patriot League Third and Rookie Teams, respectively, it was announced Monday. Lindner was also selected as the Patriot League's Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the fifth time this season.
