Friends of Baseball to Host Fifth Annual Career & Networking Night

EASTON, Pa. -- The Maroon Club's Friends of Lafayette Baseball is set to host its fifth annual Career and Networking Night on November 2 in New York City at the New York Athletic Club.

The primary goal of the Friends of Lafayette College Baseball Career & Networking Night Series is to better prepare student-athletes for life after Lafayette through shared professional experiences and networking opportunities from former Lafayette student-athletes and current parents of student-athletes.

Multiple informal panel discussions will cover topics including how to network or market yourself to industry recruiters, what skills and abilities are important in your area of interest, and what search techniques you should utilize when applying for potential jobs.

POST EVENT: The Tap Room @ the NYAC for Lafayette Baseball alumni to continue networking and catching up about their college days.


ATTENDEES: Open to all current and past Lafayette College Baseball Players - recommended for current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.  Transportation will be provided for students to and from the event.
