EASTON, Pa. – The Lafayette baseball team landed 11 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Junior Toby Schwartz led the Leopards with a team-high 3.88 grade-point average.
To be eligible for the Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.
Lafayette’s 11 selections were the second most in the League behind Bucknell’s 17. Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year Cory Spera finished the spring semester with a 3.85 GPA, followed by Ryan Callanan and Robert Tatum with matching 3.80 GPAs.
