Senior Trio Takes All-Patriot League Honors

Three seniors have been honored with postseason recognition from the Patriot League, it was announced Tuesday. Kevin Casey was a First Team All-Patriot League choice, while Andrew Ruck was named to the Second Team as well as the Academic All-Patriot League Team with Michael Massa.

Seniors Lead Lafayette to Victory over Manhattan

Michael Massa twirled seven shutout innings and Kevin Casey hit a three-run homer as Lafayette defeated Manhattan 8-0 on Senior Day at Kamine Stadium. Derek Gussaroff polished off the win with a pair of scoreless frames out of the Leopards' bullpen.

Ruck Garners Academic All-District II Honors

Lafayette baseball senior Andrew Ruck was one of three outfielders to claim a spot on the 2013 Capital One Academic All-District II First Team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, it was announced Friday.
