Cross Country Places 17 on PL Honor Roll
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The men’s and women’s cross country teams placed a total of 17 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for 2016, the conference office announced on Friday afternoon.
Three Lafayette runners accumulated a perfect 4.0 grade-point average in the fall semester. For the women, it was sophomores Emily Moore and Erin Rome compiling a 4.0 GPA, while junior Matt Weintraub did the same, but for the men.
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have a 3.20 or higher grade-point average during the academic semester which coincides with his/her sports.
