EASTON, Pa. - Fourteen student-athletes from the men's and women's cross country teams have been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, announced by the League on Wednesday. The group, made up of seven men and seven women, represents all four classes and nine different academic majors.

To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade-point average of 3.20 or higher in the fall semester and participate in one the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports.

Led by Academic All-Patriot League Team honoree Rose Willey, four runners from the women's team earned 4.0 GPA's in the fall semester. Seniors Lauren Kelly (Economics and Business) and Erika Stasakova (International Affairs and Spanish) and freshman Grace Watters (Engineering Undecided) also accomplished the feat.

First Team All-Patriot League performer Sarah Welsh-Huggins achieved a 3.74 GPA in Civil Engineering. Additionally, the women's group lead Lafayette in team GPA with an overall mark of 3.49. Freshman Andrew Warshauer earned a 3.75 GPA in Chemical Engineering for the men's team which averaged a 3.34 combined GPA. 2012 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
