2008-09: Served as Cross Country Team Captain...Finished first or second in every cross country meet...Spent spring semester abroad in China and stayed to continue to teach English for three weeks after the semester was completed. 2007-08: Received Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition...Was No. 1 runner on the cross country team...Scored in the 5,000m in outdoor win against rival Lehigh. 2006-2007: Injured much of the cross country and indoor season.
