Patriot League Indoor Track Championships

Career Highlights:

2008-09: Patriot League Champion in outdoor 200m dash... first Lafayette male to win the outdoor 200m Patriot Crown... member of second place 4x1 and 4x4 relay teams at the Outdoor League meet... placed fifth in the 100m dash... qualified for IC4A's in the 4x100 and 200m dash... finished fifth at the Indoor Patriot League Championships in the 200m dash as well as running on the fourth place 4x400 relay... Co-Most Outstanding Track Athlete.

2007-08: Member of 4 x 100m Relay team that placed 4th at the Patriot League Championships...also on 4 x 400m which placed 5th at both the Indoor and Outdoor League Championships...IC4A (Eastern) Championship qualifier as part of the 4 x 100m...won the 400m and was part of the winning 4 x 400m relay in the outdoor dual win against Lehigh...won 200m and was part of the winning 4 x 400m relay in the indoor dual win against Lehigh.

2006-2007: Member of the 4 x 100m relay team that placed 4th at the Patriot League Championships...ran on the 4 x 400m relay team that was 5th at both the Indoors and Outdoors Patriot League Championships..IC4A qualifier as part of the 4 x 100m relay...won the 100m and 200m at the outdoor Lafayette-Lehigh dual.

Coach Kilgore on Ballester: "Adam became the first male in Lafayette history to win a Patriot League title in the outdoor 200m. He has worked to become one of the best sprinters in the League and looks to add to his great career in his senior season."
