Coach Dailey on Seth: "Seth has learned a lot about swimming over the past season. We made a shift away from just middle distance events to the distance events. The transition went very well and he swam best times in the 500, 1000 and 1650 free events. I look for Seth to have drop a considerable amount of time this year with a year of experience behind him.
