Item #3: Dip Machine--machine that allows you to do dip-type movement with the luxury of a weight stack in order to vary resistance. Great for both novice and advanced strength trainers

Item #4: Stairmaster--great type of cardio-based activity, great for lower body toning, etc.

Item #5: Leg Extension machine--great for quad/overall leg development

Item #6: 4-Way Neck Machine--plate-loaded neck machine, great for development of all 4 planes of neck motion

Item #7: Hammer Strength Single Leg Lunge/Shrug Machine--plate loaded machine great for single leg lunges, Romanian Deadlifts, and shrugs for the development of upper back/trapezius musculature

Item #8: Tricep Pushdown Machine--great weight stack for tricep pushdowns and other variations within, 10-200 lb. weight stack
