Terence M. Nolan Memorial Golf Classic Returns To Saucon Valley Country Club

Entries and sponsorships are now being accepted for the Maroon Club's annual event scheduled for Friday, Oct. 8, 2004 at the region's premier golf facility.

EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - The 2004 Terence M. Nolan Memorial Golf Classic presented by Lafayette's Maroon Club will be held Friday, Oct. 8 on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. Entries and sponsorships are being accepted for this incredible day of fun and great golf. Simply use the application form available through the above link, send an email for further information or call the Maroon Club at (610) 330-5122.

All proceeds from the Golf Classic go to financial aid for student-athletes, ensuring the continuation of excellence in Lafayette Athletics.

Saucon Valley Country Club, which hosted the U.S. Senior Open in 1992 and 2000, is rated as one of "America's 100 Greatest Courses" by Golf Digest. The Grace Course is a challenging par-72, 7,051-yard course designed in 1957 by William and David Gordon.

Lafayette Athletics, as a partner in the mission of the College, provides an incredibly effective learning experience for student-athletes through competitive NCAA Division I athletics. Lafayette sponsors 23 varsity sports with more than 600 student-athletes.
