Stephanie Conley, ATC -- Assistant Athletic Trainer

Stephanie Conley is currently in her fourth year as an assistant athletic trainer in the Lafayette sports medicine department. Her primary sport responsibilities include men's soccer, women's basketball and baseball. Conley assists in the coordination of weekly physician clinics for patient evaluations, in addition to coordinating the instruction and scheduling of Lafayette student workers undertaking a paid internship with the Sports Medicine Department.

Prior to her arrival on College Hill, Conley spent four years as an athetic trainer and physical education/health teacher at the Woodlynde School in Strafford, Pa. She was responsible for the prevention, evaluation and rehabilitation for 10 varsity teams and eight junior high squads. Conley taught grade levels ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Along with her time at Lafayette and Woodlynde, Conley also has experience working with the Phillies Baseball Academy the previous four summers. She gained rehabilitation experience assisting as an athletic trainer at Temple University with their orthopedic patients from 1996-97.

Conley received her NATA certification in 1998 and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer's Society. She is a certified American Red Cross instructor for CPR, AED and First Aid.

A native of Drexel Hill, Pa., Conley is a 1995 graduate of Millersville where she received her bachelor of arts degree in Psychology and spent three years as a student trainer. She completed the athletic training summer program at West Chester in 1996.
