EASTON, Pa. - Brad Potts, who has served seven years as the head strength and conditioning coach and director of sports performance, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics for Peak Performance.
Potts's charge is to establish a creative, realistic and holistic approach to student-athlete well-being and performance through performance training, nutrition, health and wellness.
The 2005 Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate has joined the department's administrative team and will coordinate the areas of sports medicine, strength and conditioning, mental performance and sports nutrition.
"Brad is a tremendous asset for our student-athletes and our program," said Lafayette Director of Athletics Bruce McCutcheon. "He continually raises the bar in the way in which he trains our student-athletes. We look to better utilize his great strengths in a more holistic approach to student-athlete well-being and performance."
