EASTON, Pa. -- Eight Lafayette senior student-athletes were honored as "Leaders of Dinstinction," the highest honor presented at last night's Oaks Leadership Academy Awards Reception in Pfenning Alumni Center's Wilson Room.

The eight "Leaders of Dinstinction" honorees included Katelyn Arnold (field hockey; Government & Law major), Amanda Case (women’s lacrosse; Psychology major), Trevor Houck (baseball; Civil Engineering major), Amanda Magadan (field hockey; Psychology major), Charlotte Rath (women’s lacrosse; International Affairs major), Julia Wescott (women’s soccer; Biology major), Sarah White (swimming and diving; Mathematics-Economics major) and Kirsten Wilhelmsen (women’s lacrosse; Psychology major).  

Several Lafayette senior student-athletes were honored as 360 leaders for successfully completing the Oaks Leadership Academy's challenging requirements. Academy instructer Greg Shelley, Ph. D. addressed the group with parting advice for the Class of 2017.
