McKittrick Completes NCAA Pathway Program

EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette Senior Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Women’s Administrator Kaity McKittrick is looking to the future as she completed the NCAA Pathway Program.
The NCAA Pathway Program “services all senior-level athletics administrators who wish to become director of athletics as their next career step. The program aims to give current senior level administrators a full understanding of the duties of what their role will be as an Athletics Director and the structure of the NCAA, while also providing national exposure to key stakeholders throughout the country.”
McKittrick is in her seventh year on College Hill and serves as the chief operating officer for the Department of Athletics. The 2004 Moravian graduate ensures sufficient advance planning is occurring in the department and looks to sustain the department’s mission. McKittrick also serves as the Patriot League representative to the NCAA Legislative Council.
